VersionPrime LTD builds products that respect your privacy. This policy covers all our apps.

What we collect

Penmath — Penmath records only anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics (for example, that a worksheet was created or completed, or that the unlock screen was viewed) to help us improve it. There are no accounts, no personal data, and no device identifiers (no IDFA, no IDFV) — a random, app-generated ID lets us count returning use; it is tied to the install, not to you, and resets on reinstall. Your child’s handwriting and worksheets never leave the device — recognition runs entirely on-device, and no work or handwriting is ever uploaded. Analytics events are sent through our own server and processed by PostHog (hosted in the EU) acting as our data processor; they are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and the app works fully offline.

For our other apps:

Crash reports — When an app crashes, we collect the stack trace, OS version, and app version via Sentry. This helps us fix bugs. Crash data is not linked to your identity.

Gameplay telemetry (Tower Pact) — Our game server records anonymous gameplay events (towers placed, waves completed, session duration) using server-assigned temporary IDs. These IDs rotate every session and cannot be linked to you. No data is sent from the app for analytics purposes — the server observes its own state.

Ghost CMS Editor — Ghost CMS Editor connects directly to your own Ghost blog. Your posts and images go straight to your server and are never routed through us. Your site connections and Admin API keys are end-to-end encrypted and sync only through your own iCloud (a private CloudKit database) — readable only on your own devices, and neither we nor Apple can read them; your blog content is never synced. To improve the app we record only anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics (which features get used) — no accounts, no device identifiers, no tracking, and never for ads. iCloud sync is optional; without it the app still works, keeping your settings on-device only.

What we do NOT collect

No personal information (name, email, location)

Third parties

Sentry (crash reporting) — sentry.io/privacy
Apple Game Center — handled entirely by Apple; we receive only your Game Center display name when you sign in
